The mover of our organization.
With determination and grit, Kate has been able to advance in the culinary art. With more than 10 years of experience and education, we are proud to have Kate as our lead chef! Most recently, she earned herself a certification for Caviar Sommelier - an achievement of which she is incredibly proud.
For Kate, art has always been a keystone of life and cuisine. She is a passionate creative with the ability to elevate food to an experience of awe. Her canvas and paints are replaced with plates and edible wonders gifted from our planet Earth. For her, every dish should be more than just delicious—it should be a work of art and a story worth telling.

Kate’s daughter and the spark of our organization.
She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree specializing in Business and Interpersonal Communication. As a young entrepreneur, her goals include developing this organization and her personal fitness and nutrition brand. With three languages, and a desire to share with her community - she is someone who values human connection and inclusion, among health and wellness. Petiya is dedicated to making every event seamless and memorable, with a dash of laugher, and a pinch of magic - all while you enjoy a satisfying bite of our delicious food.
